Welcome to the City of Elizabethtown’s Online Permit Center
This site allows you access to a variety of permits issued by the City. For select permits, you can do the following:

Planning Commission and Board of Zoning Adjustment applications can also be completed through this site.
To create an account, click on “Sign Up” near the top right corner. If you have active permits with the City, prior to creating your account email Emily Prather-Rodgers at emily.prather-rodgers@elizabethtownky.gov or Jim Shaw at james.shaw@elizabethtownky.gov. You will be given an access code that will link your active permits to your account.
Online payments are processed by Kentucky Interactive and are assessed a convenience fee of 3.0% for credit and debit cards or a flat fee of $1.00 for eChecks. Fees cannot be paid until staff completes an initial review of the application. Applicants can also mail or hand-deliver checks to City Hall.
